Luis Alberto Galvis Cuy (now Bankcoin Reserve LLC's Executive VP and Global Strategist) brought a food cultivation and harvesting project to the indigenous people's organization. The project included telecommunications, infrastructure, oil, gas, telemedicine, education and the marketing of goods and services.
Those services were accomplished by AGOGA, a commercial interest firm established in 2011 now partnering with Bankcoin Reserve LLC.

The project included telecommunications, infrastructure, oil, gas, telemedicine, education, and commercialization of goods and services. Those services were performed by GOGA, a business interest company established in 2011 that is now associated with Bankcoin Reserve LLC.

In November 2017, the second collective funding campaign was launched; the third in 2018 and finally the fourth and last in 2019, thus closing the development phase of the entire BANKCOIN.global system.
